Delete your IQClub app account
This page applies to IQClub: Digital SAT Prep.
Delete from the app
- Sign in to IQClub and open Profile.
- Open Settings, then Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and enter your current password if requested.
- Confirm account deletion.
If you normally sign in with an email code or have forgotten your password, use Reset password on the deletion screen first. Accounts that use Apple sign-in do not require a password when no password is set.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject IQClub app account deletion. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing your request.
What happens to your data
Deletion disables your account and removes or anonymizes your account profile and sign-in credentials. Your practice answers, skill progress, diagnostic attempts, and AI tutor conversation history stored by IQClub are deleted.
Transaction and security records may be retained separately as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact support if you also want assistance with data held by our analytics providers.
Analytics choices
You can turn off optional analytics in the app’s privacy settings.
