Attention

Attention can be barely separated into the full-value cognitive process, but this unique property of selective perception direction is the significant component for almost any perceptual activity.
Attention defines most aspects of our perception, it is expressed in clarity of emotions, shows needs and involvement, characterizes our consciousness, Attention helps us to notice all important things, concentrate on the most significant and stay alert. It is assumed that problems with attention is one of the most actual "diseases" of the modern society.

Why it is profitable to train attention?

Without attention, we cannot concentrate and react on the events occurring to us and to the surrounding world. The better is the ability to concentrate, switch and the wider is the attention span, the more productive working activity will be, bringing more comfort for everyday life.
