Delete your IQClub app account<\/h2>\n

This page applies to IQClub: Digital SAT Prep<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Delete from the app<\/h3>\n

  1. Sign in to IQClub and open Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Open Settings<\/strong>, then Delete account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Read the confirmation and enter your current password if requested.<\/li>\n
  4. Confirm account deletion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you normally sign in with an email code or have forgotten your password, use Reset password<\/strong> on the deletion screen first. Accounts that use Apple sign-in do not require a password when no password is set.<\/p>\n

    Request deletion without the app<\/h3>\n

    Email support@iqclub.com<\/a> from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject IQClub app account deletion<\/strong>. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing your request.<\/p>\n

    What happens to your data<\/h3>\n

    Deletion disables your account and removes or anonymizes your account profile and sign-in credentials. Your practice answers, skill progress, diagnostic attempts, and AI tutor conversation history stored by IQClub are deleted.<\/p>\n

    Transaction and security records may be retained separately as described in our Privacy Policy<\/a>. Contact support if you also want assistance with data held by our analytics providers.<\/p>\n
